Walls will are very pale blue with white ceiling.

Carpets - blue in some rooms, cream in some...

Tile - Kitchen, dining area, entryway, bathrooms and utility room are southwestern blue / rose ceramic tile 

We brought our range and fridge with us. The dishwasher and over-range microwave are new

There is a large island with cabinets beneath. Cabinets are in natural finish oak, with a southwest style.

A wet bar is at the end of the counter closest to the living room.

Counters are a solid surface (similar to Corian) with integrated sinks (no metal frame to catch stuff)

Three-bay garage with one bay used for storing all the things that would go in the cellar or attic - if we had either

Front patio with view to Verde Santa Fe golf course, town of Jerome, and the Mingus mountains

Property backs up to National Forest (no trees) so there won't be another house (or Supercenter) behind us.
